First flight courier
SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED

Dear all,

I have applied for a pan card in UTI and same has been issued and delivered the card through First Flight courier on 4th Nov to my mailing address against the consignment no-ZB7463098. But till date neither any official person has tried to contact me nor has the consignment been delivered. We have tried to contact the courier service several time on their contact number (0361-2608547 / 2516152) displayed in web site, but no one is picking a single call.

Due to none receipt of PAN card, I have failed to finalize a business contract. And it has been a bigger financial lose for me.

My question is, is this the proper service to the customer by courier?
