First flight courier
Coourier not received

I have handed over a book to representative (Mr. Nitin 9765539155) of 'First Flight Courier Services, Kothrud, Pune' on 28th Aug, 08 to be Delivered to Bangalore on a home address. First Flight Courier is official courier service provider for my company Magna Steyr. Mr. Nitin was in hurry that day and told me he will give receipt on the next day, and also as it was urgent to courier the book from my side aswell, I didn't bothered about the receipt but paid full amount (Rs. 102) for the delivery. Its been more than Two weeks now and the Courier has not delivered to the given address. I am frequently following up with Nitin but he is not giving proper information about the delivery, lying frequently and now he is not responding to my call aswell.

The book is of a Library and the fine is increasing day by day.. who will pay for it.
