Irresponsible company I have ever seen

We have received a 80 Kg parcel by phisically handicapped person at our parking area. My house is on 3rd floor and no lift is available. That courier person told that he could not lift it, you take it yourself by any way...

So my husband carry it on his back, because of huge weight he could not walk, He walk on his hands.

This is worst experience we get from a courier company. Service should be door to door. They should provide atleast 2 persons to deliver such a huge parcel.

Also we have received this parcel from Mumbai to Pune in 30 days.
