Poor service and irresponsible staff

Sir,

I have send a consignment on 30/03/'09 by first flight courier to Bangalore. The consignment number was W12342375. The person who took the consignment from me, a man by name Sami Aktar, charged Rs. 150/- and then it was not forwarded saying that the weight was more. Then he called me saying that he will deliver the consignment back on the same day. However, it was not delivered back even after the next day till I had to visit the office three times. I had never seen such an illiterate and indecent people who do not have any respect for the people over there. Every one was blaming the other for the mistake. It is the worst service I have experienced.
