Non receipt of courie

A small package was sent to me from Trivandrom on 18Dec by First Flight couriers to be delivered to me at Manovikasnagar Secunderabad on 20Dec bearing consignment no: H28366457 has still NOT been delivered.

My complaint to Smt Chandrakala at customer care at 9849704451 Secunderabad did not elicit any positive response yesterday night. She asked me to call today morning and now I have left for Delhi for a long tour.

There has been an inordinate unacceptable delay to deliver the goods as promised by you and so it is requested that the same may pls be delivered at Delhi (011-24611826) or be returned back to the originator since the purpose of URGENTLY despatching thru ur courier has not served its purpose.
