First flight couriers office at Kottayam, Kerala had send back a parcel addressed to me with out delivering.

Even though, there was complete address available, they had mentioned addressee not traceable. If there is a telephone number availble, they will infor the recipient to collect it from there office and never delivers at the door steps.
