Not dispatched my package at promissed date

I have given my package to First flight courier which contains rakhi and sweets and agent promised me that your package will be deliverd at destination one day before rakhi festival but my package doesn't reached on time which hurts the emotional sentiments of our family members

I request you to please take an appropriate action by which they cannot make false commitments
