NON DELIVERY OF ITEM

I booked a Memory Stick Pro Duo 2GB for SONY Digital Camera through eBay on 15th November and on demand by eBay made a payment of Rs. 1031.96 to Gaffar Latif

But unable to receive the item I enquired from the vendor who replied as "It was shipped on 13.12.07 through First flight courier shipment no B29977438 and was delivered on 17.12.07. Kindly check at your end who have received it." Then I had a marathon follow up with First Flight Courier for the last more than 6 months and on every phone call they promised that the issue will be sorted out within 2 days. Till now, I have not received the item or payment in lieu of that.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE THERE IS A NEXUS BETWEEN EBAY AND FIRST FLIGHT TO CHEAT PEOPLE.
