DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENT AFTER THREE & HALF MONTHS

Dear Sir,

A packet of wt 20 gm where some useful and important documents were there delivery from ICICI bank Mumbai on 23rd Sept-08 to me at Damanjodi-Orissa through First flight. But the agent delivery the same to some other person in my town. After detail verification i came to know that the packet was delivery on 30th sept-08, but not to me. when contact with the local agent he did not agree more ever told that you might be lost the packet some where else. When i show him the consignment copy where my signature was faurd and packet was delivery to some one. No body from the local agent and from the regional office {AT BERHAMPUR (ORISSA ) } care to listen my complaint. So i approach the matter to ICICI back for a duplicate document where they advise me fto register a FIR near local police station and a affidavit has to be done along with FIR copy. So before i register my complain near police station i formaaly request the local agent to verify the matter finaly otherwise everybody will be in trouble. When he know that i am going to police station then he search the letter and handed over the same to me after three and half month delay.

so this is the history of First Flight Courier service company who are not taking care of letters and even not in a mood to listen to coustomers complains.
