Attery was stolen

I had booked two thunderbird bikes (royal enfield) from first flight courier service from lucknow to vishakhapatnam . when the consignment was recieved in vishakhapatnam the side lock was tampered and the battery was stolen . though thes guys take full responsibility of insurance and stuff but no one coes ahead even in such a genuine case of stealth... if it wud have been by accident it is understood... but its evident that the battery has been STOLEN AND NO ONE ELSE BUT SOMEONE OF THE FIRST FLIGHT COUURIER PERSON CAN ONLY DO SO WHEN THE BIKE IS IN THEIR CUSTODY... still ther was NO ACTION TAKEN... every regional office tries to shrug of the responsibility from their hed... they will make u call from your phone even for the matters regarding their internal affairs... and at the end of the day no one even the area managers of the company wont talk to you properly regarding anything... strict advise for all of you... we ALL SHOULD GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THEM AND SUE THE COMPANY ITSELF...
