Spell Error in PAN Card

Dear sir,

My Name is Rajesh Khanna I had applied PAN Card past 6 month before and i received the card, But insted of S.Rajesh Khanna it has printed as S.Rajesh kanna. I had send the Name Correction form but no response and sent the complain through same mail but still not any replay from your side.

Please let me know the status of the PAN Card. Please sent the details to the following mail Id
