CHEATED ME 02 OCTOBER

This bank have cheated me on 02 October saying that I have won an amount of EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND GREAT BRITAIN POUNDS ONLY on a lottery conducted for the FIFA World Cup 2009 promotion. Then they had mail me a false tranfer slip for the payment of the amount. But they do not send me the Original Transfer slip to my e-mail address. They also told me to send my details Bank statement to there address. I can not Understand what's the matter. They send a mail to me & told me that My Lottery Batch Number :- Lwh 09445, Lotto Number :- Lwh 09446,

Winning Number :- Lwh 09447 & they Send my winning amount to me by T.T. BANK WIRE TRANSFER, Payment Code :- RE F/P CLI/13/0306.

If I have really won this lottery, please help to to get my won amount. Being a student I request the panel to please help me to get my won amount after the tax being deducted from my won amount as I dont earn to pay them taxes.
