PF claim not settled

My name is Rahul Joshi. I worked with First Source Advantage Pvt. Ltd. Malad (west) Mumbai, 400064 for around 15months. My employment details are mentioned below:

Employee id - 525246

Process - FSA (cap one collection)

Repoting TL - Arjun Singh Thakur

Operation manager - Viraj Shah

Date of joining - 23rd Feb.

Date of resignation - 25th June.

After resigning from that company, i applied for my PF withdrawal on August however as yet I have not got the PF amount. The HR team has refused to provide me the PF account number and the status of claim settlement.

I have been complaining continuously for the same to the company's HR authority and PF team from last 6 months, but no help from their end as yet.

I would request you to please intervene in this matter and instruct them to release the PF amount as I am in need of money.
