Pf amount not credited

Hai,

I am bhuvaneswari. PL., My emp. id is 529900. I worked in firstsource trichy from 18th may to 16th march. I have submitted my crossed cheque leaf twice and required documents too to the HR in firstsource. but i neither got any information regarding PF nor the amount credited till date.

please do the needfull.
