Not received PF yet

Sir, my name is Amit kumar kamboj and i had worked from 08-Apr to 17-DEC at Hubli Branch for the same company and filled my PF form on 19-DEC and was told that in 6 months time i will receive my PF but till today the form is not yet been submitted in PF office Bandra Branch but when i confirmed this from my HR at Hubli was told that it has been submitted in month of May.when i told i had confirmed from PF office they told that they will check and now they are saying they are still checking and i have not received any information yet. My PF no is MH-46437-25396. if u would be able to help me i would be much obliged.
