DENIAL TO PROVIDE SERVICES

I had entered in an agreement with the above mentioned company on 28 Oct. The company has an office at TA-130/4, IInd Floor, Tughlakabad Extn, Near Gurudwara, New Delhi 19. I had paid a sum of Rs 8000/- for a eleven month contract to the company as commission for a househelp. The company provided me a househelp till 06 Dec and after that has refused to provide any househelp. The company has also refused to return the sum paid as commission.

The individuals of the company are Mr Shukla - 9810908911, Mr Bhuvan - 9871284891, Mr Umesh and Mr Rakesh - 9717707165. Your intervention is requested so that the company repays the commission paid to them since they have refused to provide services for the last four months.
