Consignment Sent to Wrong Destination

I had sent a Courier (POD- B34209660) to Bangalore Address on 1/07 and had a receipt of Bangalore for the same. But First Flight Tracking shows it has been sent to Coimbatore.

And now no body is giving clear message on Mail communication. Just saying sent to Coimbatore and not received in Bangalore.

I want immediate action should be tken to deliver this consignment to Bangalore as both destinations are not to far. If its by mistake then they should clear to me or they can return my consigment to me also.
