Harshment

I have submitted my FD leaf for renewal in the month of July 08 in ICICI Hoshiarpur branch Punjab but the renewal has not been done till date i have visited the bank atleast three times but they have a very good reply sir please call us and then come down. The job which can be done in one day has taken so much time but yet it is not completed.
