Should be taken back since i have discontinued with your services

I am leaving the country on 26th June. i have discontinued with your services and the connection has been also terminated. i have been requesting the customer care people to take back the instrument before i leave since there will be nobody in the house which will remain locked.i will come back after 6 months. kindly take immediate action in this regard. thank you.
