No action on termunation request

Sir,

myself h.b.d.shukla, mcentral gov. employee, rpfc office, kanpur. i had a bsnl phone number-0512-2562029.when iu applied for terminationb of this number. after a lot of unused unnecessarly activities still after appling one year for termination my gaurentee money which was three thousand only is awaiting. they forward me a lot of their branch in kanpur like to apply in one branch, to recive acknoeledge from another, to report anoter, to take no dues slip from another, again go to first one and show no dues slip, then they send me to finally p .road branch, they said again i had to go first one and restart process because their was a system failure as they guided me wrong office previously, when agin i finished all of this action p .road branch told me after alot visit that still documentation is noycompletaed, again i have to go to the next one. so in this process they wasted my two months and now one year passed away they never inform me for my cause, and also show no action on my request, now they saying my form is not there.

so i hardly request that plz take necessary action on my complaint so that no other citizen suffer like me. i also want to tell you that the gaurentee money returned with the intrest rate for which the conection was stayed, but they are payinbg only two thousand and three hundred rupees only. so plz take action and help me in refunding my caution money from bsnl, kanpur...
