Complaint against builde

I have purchased from Manmohenshree Associates in

2005 & Paid Rs: 20000.00 towards Maintaince so for i have not received

the

Maintainance Receipt. Builder has showen club house as amanities in the

advertisement for the sale of the flat but since the date of purchase

he

converted he club house in to his permanant office. He has formed the

soscity in 2005 but he is not handing over the soscity to us after so

many

times request made by the members. For the maintaince amount collected

from members he is not getting the books of accounts audited & so for

he

is not called for the general body meeting. So many cracs found on the

wall after makeing complaints for so many times he is not taking care

of

the complaints. He is keeping the students in the flat on rental

basies

& spoling the image of the soscity.
