Authority is not listening and not concirned of Development

I am a buyer of Flat at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Flat has been sold under Joint Venture programme of Ghaziabad Development Authority and Shipra Estate Pvt. Ltd.

Colony has been Semi Developed and sold to us but futher, we are not having water facility to Colony. Uttar Pradesh Govt. has Ganga Jal Pariyojna, but we don't have the single drop of water from this multi crore Ganga Pariyojna. Few Mafia element with back up of BJP political power in UP in joint venture with builder are creating this problem to force people to be dependent on ground water and they make bunddles of Money.

These people are running KIDS School in Community centres, issues has been addressed to Vice Chairman, GDA and DIstrict Magistrate, Ghaziabad ;City Magistrate, Ghaziabad.

A common citizen of India can not fight Crime and criminal offence. I have threat of life. What to do?
