Dear All,

Before booking any flat or Plot, u go through all documents. Eg:- u are booking a flat through any builders, firstly u check Land allotment letter from concerned authority (HUDA, GDA, DDA etc), the land is freehold or 99 years leasehold. You give more preference to Leasehold land.

2) The building plan approved by concerned authority or not? & other hidden charges. Before paying booking amount u ask Letter of allotment letter or agreement from builder and go through the agreement thoroughly, that time u can see more unnecessary clauses mentioned by builder. So beofre purcahsing any flat or plot u go through all documents and verify it, then pay amount to the builder or any party ...(Including advance amount)
