I am the owner of the First floor in thathachariyar residency, alamelu manga block. the building was constructed during 2003 by famous engineer Alagappan chettiyar promoted by Pl. A. palaniappan. but the first floor was leaking. it is having second and third floor in taht building. Now i was not allowed to atttend the repairs in my flats. I approached the prooter as well as the builder several times all efforts are in vein. Kindly intervene in this matter and send a reply about who has attend the repairs. even I am prepared to pay the repair the cost. If i have not attended the repairs, the whole building support column will get damaged and very major disaster will occur.
