Dear sir,

We are patronising Speed Post for despatch of Parcels to our Customers 'ALIMCO' in Kanpur containing Hearing Aid Solar Battery Chargers for the Hearing Impaired.

We have booked 5 consignment as per details below:

1. Speed Post No. EE 342985777 IN dated 09/02/09

2. Speed Post No. EE 342985865 IN dated 12/02/09

3. Speed Post No. EE 342985879 IN dated 18/02/09

4. Speed Post No. EE 342985882 IN dated 18/02/09

5. Speed Post No. EE 342985896 IN dated 18/02/09

The delivery is still at large. We did try to track the consignment but it only shows as under Movement

from Bhadrawati HPO.

Could you please let us know the exact status as to where the consignment is and when it is expected to be delivered to our Customers at Kanpur. and How would you compensate for the delay for the Lack of Service.
