Yatra charged me even when there was no sit available in flight but on website it showing available n they tranferred flight charges

Yatra charged me even when there was no seat available in flight but on website it showing available n they tranferred flight charges to their account, when i called to call centre service centre they said, sorry sir payment has been done by u but due to unavailability of sit in fligt its not confimed so your amount will be refunded to your account of credit card within 15 days.when there was no availability in flight why they shown its available and why they charged us, and then also they r refunding my amount after long time that is within 15days.this is a big fraud, i tried to book 5 times online, and 5 times i dint get any seat in flight but they charged me, and that charged amount they refunding after 7 to 15 days that is with in 15 days
