Floor furnshers, Sleepwell mattress
Unfit Mattress for my use

Dear Sir OR Madam,

I had purchased a sleepwell mattress from "Floor Furnishers" Alkapuri Baroda on January 21st, this year.

After the item was delivered to me, I found that it wasn't the 'medium soft' mattress that I had selected. Insead, a very hard matterss has been sent to me. I am unable to sleep well on it, infact, I get up every morning with backache.

My wife had called the shop the very next day and was told that they had delivered the item I ordered.and that over a period it will become soft.(??) She called the shop again the next week ad was informed that the person we had transected with, has left his job and is gone away.

I have now come to the end of my patience and hence this complaint to you.

(g) I had paid a total of Rs. 8, 200/ for the item.

I request that this mattress be replaced with the soft veriety that I had originally selected.
