Mtc bus stop

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today, 11th May morning around 10:00, Bus no. KA-01 1968 had not stopped bus at the bus stop of Hennur Depot. The conductor of the bus asked to get down before the bus stop when he stopped bus at signal. But the passengers didn't get down.. the bus driver then afterwards directly stooped bus at the next stop i.e. Nagavara. In this foolish behaviour of BMTC bus driver & conductor, we suffered a lot and wasted our time.

I request you kindly to take the strict action aginst the driver and conductor of bus no.1968.

I hope you will take the necessary steps.
