Shoal side strip breaked

I have bought Florsheim shoes from metro Ahmedabad. one was comfortbrand and the other was imperial brand. In imperial brand the shoul of the shoe is of leather and the side i of the same kind of material which broke in pieces and looks very odd. So what shall i do to make my shoes in proper manner.
