Dear Sir,
I had booked three items to be delivered to my wife through flowerdeliveryindia.com for the wedding anniversary online on 30th April. The said items included Flower Basket, Dry Fruit Box and an Musical Item. I had made 100% advance payment for these items using my debit card. The order no was FDI-290420096 and the items were to be delivered by 4:00 p.m as promised by the representative (on the only cell number provided). The actual delivery happened after 9:30 p.m and that too only two items i.e. Flowers and Dry fruit box was delivered. The third item was never delivered.
Inspite of umpteen calls the person never picked up my calls and thereafter I had sent a complaint on 5th May. Till date I have not received any reply.
I wish to lodge a complaint against this company and prevent other unsuspecting clients from being duped.
