Not givinn stop in the bus stop

I am working in flowserve which is located near the perot system. Opposite to GE and near to perot system BMTC is located Bus stop board, however some busses not giving the stop in this place. Today morning the bus no KA01-F3614 has not given i asked the driver and he replied roudly and telling that u people only located this board not BMTC.Please verify and do the necessary favour.
