First flight courier yet not recd at consignee

We have dispatched one courier though first flight with G.C. No. G20291073 for Hridwar delivery booking basis on dated 04/07. But till today on date 11/07 their is not delivery at consignee address & no contact for the same by courier company. And on first flight tracking record the status shows "Payment Not Ready" WITHOUT ANY CONTACT. We have tried so many times at Haridwar office & customer care number of Ahmedabad office. But nobody is taking proper action.
Please take my complaint against First Flight Courier Ltd & take some action to shotout this matter.
