REGARDING WORST SERVICE

Hi

i purchased this phone in JAN

since than i am not able to keep this phone for even 1 month this phone has been always in flys repair center

it auto shuts off, while talking over phone gives electric shock, while charging it vibrates lot of issues.

service never coperated so idont have another way for the resolution they dont want to replace .what should i do im a student very hardly i collected money to purchase this phone but im no where so pls help me, pls
