Handset Problem

I regret having bought FLY 2040 L just 6 weeks back and used it hardly for 15 days, by which time the battery started dropping after two or three calls. When I reported at the HOT SPOT Sanjaynagar branch, Banglaore 560094 they replaced the battery. But the problem persisted and now it appears they have send the hand set to Delhi. Paying Rs 4, 500/- and being without the hand set is really disgusting.

High time FLY and Hot Spot wake up and offer better services.
