Fly 2040L
Poor after sales service

I had purchased a fly mobile 2040L on 5.10.2007 from a dealer Wavetel communications located at No.333, salma complex, arcot road, chennai-600024.On Day 3 the charger wasn't working. I had to get it replaced.

Battery wasn't lasting even for one whole day and i had to get it replaced in the next few weeks.

Again my charger wasn't working and i had give it for servicing on 17.6.2008 and got it replaced.

Now my keypad isn't working and given it for servicing on 18.7.2008 and yet to get it repaired from Adonis electronics pvt ltd. onida house, 4th lane, nungambakkam high road, chennai-34.The answer given to me everytime is the spare is yet to arrive.

Luckily my one year warranty is in place.

Otherwise it would have been still worse.

Apart from all the above problems the silver colour on the phone peeled off during the next few months which made the phone look really awful. One of the reasons for having purchased the phone was it's silver colour.

I deeply regret for having choosen the worst mobile available anywhere in the country.
