Fly 2040L
Poor service and spoor quality

Ihave purchased a fly 2040L mobile on 26/9/07 at Tirupathi of Andrapradesh. Its key pad is not working hence given to their authorised service center. they are telling that it may take at least one month for changing of spare parts as fly company will not send spares immediately. this will create highest inconvenience to the customer as he can not buy a new mobile for the period delayed by the company, further has to suffer both mentally and financially.
