Customer Grievences and solution needed

Warm Greetings!!!

This is to bring your kind notice that I bought a new Fly Mobile handset Model No-B700 IMFI-350252014448562 dated 09/08 from your store located at H-43, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92 agst. Retail Invoice No-135. Also received a Bluetooth Handsfree device under a scheme of buying mobile set above Rs. 5000.00 free.

The same device is not working at all along with its charger. The same matter is infact informed to your outlet executive and also asked to pls. replace the same. I personally visited the outlet in this regard thrice but still the same has not been replaced as yer and every time, I have been confirmed that they are running short of stocks.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into this matter personnally and do needful...
