Fly B-700 DUO

Dear Sir,

My self Rishi Pratap singh, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-700 DUO) From Subhiksha trading service ltd Sec 20, Panchkula, Haryana, on date 16/03/08. But after some month i saw problem in my handset (Screen Problem, some time mobile is hang, some time one sim is hang) I already consult with subhiksha cener with this problem but he is deny for the rpaire. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.

so pls. sugest me what i can do
