Defective Fly Piece

I had purchased Fly B700 on 21.09.2008 & on 23.09.2008 it stopped working. I went to The Mobile Store Kandivli (west) as I had purchasedthe phone from there but Mr Vishal Dave the owner was not even ready to listen & instead he told me to go to Fly Service Center at Andheri. I went to the Fly Service Centre on 29.09.2008 but till date he has not returned my mobile. Uptill now I have visited 5 to 6 times but every time he tells to come afterwards. My compliant no is MUA-FL-703578-CP. I am not having my mobile till date, who is going to bear my financial loss as i am unable to access my mobile. You are requested to look inot the matter urgently.
