DS 500 mobile phone - Company service center unable to repair the phone even after 6 months

Hi,

I bought a FLY DS 500 mobile phone from bangalore. The touch screen LCD of the phone broke, when we accidently dropped the phone. I contacted the service center "serveaze 1" on 21-Nov (complaint # 338) and they mentioned that tehe LCD will be available with in 2 week's time. Then onwards my wait started.

I was given mutiple contacts for the person incharge, at different times. I was interacting with Mr. Prakash (mobile # 93794 90099), who passed on the responsibility to Mr. Prashanth (Mobile # 99725 98575). But even after 5 months they are not able to procure the respective part.
