Sub: Problem in Fly E105

I purchased cell Fly 105 from Hot spot last sep'08, since then, though i was facing battery back up problem, but comprises to enjoy the service.

14 April:- The set was given to Hot spot care centre through Hot -spot centre- Rajuri Garden

Reson: Set was not able to recharge ; Socket Problem.

28 April: Reecived the set, was okay to use, but at time messages reflected as WARNING during charging.

05 May: While tuning the radio, message reflected ; plug in the earphones[which I assume is again the socket problem] I was out of station that time, on returning to Delhi I handedover the set to HOTSPOT west Patel Nagar from where I purchased. [ location code; 285] for repair.

Till then the set is lying with The HOTCARE shop- or Hot spot Shop, resonbeing, the carecentre could not rectify the problem, and every time they check and past a sticker of OK and send back to HOTSPOT shop.

I just wonder!! the way they are dealing with customer. Its going to be 02 months and I am bearing cost of stand by -set as I am not able to use my set, for which I have spend nearly INR 9000 care pack of INR 600.

I am total disappointed by the company's response, myself being into travel trade, have no. of fuctions, for which i spend to have fly set.

May I request you to look into the matter on urgent basis and advice me the solution for the above problem.

Else I have to seek the other alternative to take this forward to the court. as this has disturbed my personal life as well,
