E105 Battery Problem

Sir,

I bought Fly E105 a month ago, i m totally unsatisfied with its battery backup. i have to charge the phone twice a day.

i Have even replaced the battery, but the problem is still the same.

why these type of cheap quality phones are made available to customers, is there any certification required before launching the phone to market??
