Sir,

I have purchased DS 410 Fly dual sim mobile from HOT SPOT on 18.10.08, then I found the problem that automaticly switching off. I went to Pranav Infocom and submitted the mobile handset for repair on 29.11.2008 vide Job sheet Tag No. 432. Even till today I have not received the same and they are giving reason that 'they do not have software to rectify and sent to the company.

Please Help me in this regard.
