TOUCH SCREEN AND CALIBRATION NOT WORKING

I purchased the said mobile on 30/07 at Twins mobile communications, Statue, Trivandrum. On 16/11 onwards the said phone's touch screen and calibration were not functioned. [The said defects is with in three and half months, from the date of purchase]On 17/11, i handed over the said mobile phone, along with the original purchase bill and warranty card to your customer service centre"ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED' Trivandrum Vide Receipt No. TVM-FL-049148.Your customer service associate informed me that there is no spares and spares are out of stock and the defects will be cured with in four working days.

When i enquired about the present status of my phone on the fifth working day, your customer service centre informed me the same reply, that is the spares is not available.

Due to the said acts of you and your customer service centre, i incurred huge financial loss.

The unfair trade practice and deficiency of service caused heavy loss to me.

So it is most humbly requests you that your good self may kindly cure the defects with in three days from today and hand over the mobile phone to me, other wise i wii be constrained to take appropriate legal actions against you.[My contact No.9447309450]
