Flying Courier
Courier not received

We booked (Consignment No.: 17849759) the packet through "Flying Courier", Dehradun Branch, on 23-Nov, to be delivered to Rustambagh, Bangalore. But till date we did not receive our courier. When I called up the Bangalore office (Ph: 080-42047381), a lady (named Swati) picked up the call said what is your address. I mentioned Rustambagh, then she replied "we do not have a branch in that area, but will try to deliver today through some other agency". I do not understand why they take bookings for areas where they do not deliver. I asked if not delivered today then & she replied, do what you want to do... pathetic...
