Courier delivery failure

Hi,

My brother booked me a train ticket for Yeshvantpur - Howrah for 15th July from Raigarh, Chhatisgarh. He booked the ticket and sent me the ticket to Bangalore on 10th July through Flyking courier service. But the courier didn, t reach me till date and they also have no clue where the courier is. Their website shows a track n trace page which shows nothing once you put your consignment number on it.

So here by I want to file my complaint against this courier service
