I had purchased a mobile hand set Model FLY LX500 from HOTSPOTS RETAILS LIMITED, SCF-45, PHASE-X, MOHALI (PUNJAB) VIDE Invoice No.186100697 dated 30-05 at time of billing 15:20:30. My customer ID is 1860904286 by the name of Ironwood Cons. Pvt. Ltd. PKL. of Amt. Rs. 9350/- (Rupees nine thousnd three hundred fifty only.)
For your kind information that hand set was not working properly from the day one. After a week time was informed to MR. Vikas Vats, Manager of above said outlet, he asked me I will repair your set and I was hand over the set to him and he retruned the set to me after 3-4 days back and that hapend five times in four months. He always take the hand set from me and after few days retrun to me without any changes, the problems are till with the set. Last time I visited the outlet on 24.10.08 at 7.00 pm and request him to change replace my hand set but refused and he asked me we can't do any thing and advised me to talk to you people on your customer care number 011-41759175 which was printed on the box of the hand set. For the same i called 4-5 on the above number at delhi office but no body has picked up the phone in customer care.
In view of the above I personally request you sir, kindly replace my hand set becuase it is not working properly and i suffered alot. I got loss due to my mobile set.
It will be realy appricable if you can get back to me within week time i.e. 10.11.2008.
