Very poor Service - Accel Frontline Chennai

Dear Sir,

I bought a Fly LX 500 4/11/08 and i ahd a problem in my hanset (on and off). So i decide to give for service in Accel Frontline Limited - Chennai on 30/1/09.

Till now my mobile is not get ready, they giving poor reply that board is not ready.

Please take the necessary action if the service been continous like this definatly the market for FLY will comes down they will not sell single mobile chennai region because of poor service from Accel Frontline Limited - Chennai.

Please take the nessaru actions otherwise ill put a case in Consumer Court.
