Terrible network problem

Dear Sir,

With reference to my Fly cell phone model-2080.

Purchase date-16/03/08 (Product within warranty)

Complaint date-10/11/08

IMEI No-358254011482024

Complaint number-08110495680005

Just to give you a background of what happened.

the phone was having terrible network problem for which it was handed over to your service center located at gorai borivali west.and after around 15 days i had collected it from the same place and your counter staff name amisha shah promised that the problem has been solved.

just after a few days the same problem was noticed and for which i again got in touch with the same service center and was asked to speak to your scinor engineer arun who advised that within 15 working days the MAIN BOARD will be replaced as it was faulty.

Now iam really frustrated to find out that the MAIN BOARD is not available and will take some more time. Your counter staff amisha who asked to speak to arun and after speaking to arun i was asked to speak to another scinor engineer name kalpesh. Counter staff amisha also said that it may take 1 or 2 months and if it goes beyond the warranty date the company will not be responsible for any cost that will be involved to get it repaired whereas scinor engineer arun said that it will just take few more days and i have been asked to call after 4 days.

The above information was absoulatly counterdicting and i have no trust left in FLY as a company as there is no value for money and customers time.

It has been a very disappointing and unsatisfactory service and iam not ready to take the same hand set back so request you to please replace the same and provide me a fresh new hand set of same model.

Request you to please look into this matter as early as possible or eles i will be forced to apporch consumer court as iam not getting any positive response for your end.
