Egarding for bad service of fly coustomer care centre

Dear Sir,

Regarding for the my fly hand set model no. MC160 had a problem not incoming voice & hanging problem. In fly service centre i checked my cell phone they taken my phone on 08/May but they did not give me phone till date.
